MY QUARANTINE GOALS/RESOLUTIONS
During this time I think it is super important we do a lot of self reflection, and for me I decided to draft a list of some resolutions to try to get through the uncertainty of this time. Life is about a give and take so I decided to try to GIVE up some of my bad habits and TAKE and adopt some new ones to help strengthen my mindset..
Practice prayer or meditation everyday - make an effort to connect with a higher power
Move my body in some way be it morning flow yoga or a bike ride or a full body circuit (shoutout Katelynn Nolan for yours :)
Eat using the method of Food Combining
Read a book (Kenzie Burk 21 days until your best body)
Discover new music/ play the piano
Indulge in negative energy - negative self talk or gossip especially
Let my room and space become unruly.. Clean House Clean Mind
Be selfish. Clean up after yourself and go above and beyond for family
- maybe wake up early for breakfast and make them something yummy and vegan...
Indulge in to much time on social media
Stare at a screen all day - this one hurt to write -- especially with ozark season 3 premiering.
