MY MORNING ROUTINE
After my workout
I will make a wellness shot... maybe my vital proteins collagen shot, a vitamin c shot, apple cider vinegar etc... and take my vitamins. I take a daily vitamin, collagen, and iron every morning. I want to get more into probiotics like Seed but my wellness adventure has not ventured there yet... If I am still feeling hungry I will fix myself either avocado toast with lemon and salt and pepper and Kenzie Burk's body sculpting lemonade (lemon, water, cayenne pepper, and honey) or a green juice with vegan protein.
I will shower and try to get as ready as possible for the day. I even put shoes on trust me it helps even if you are just around the house. I will say a little prayer... my favorite is so simple just the serenity prayer
"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference"
or if I'm feeling rushed just a quick
"God find me in this moment and walk with me throughout my day"
I've learned it doesn't need to be much, just make a little time to make contact with your higher power
and by then I'll be ready to start my day
